Information collected

The community survey collects opinions and an optional North Saanich area. It does not ask for a name, email address or telephone number.

The Stay in Touch form collects contact information only when a person expressly asks to receive campaign updates. The contact form collects the information needed to respond to a message, volunteer inquiry, event invitation or lawn-sign request.

How information is used

Survey responses are used to understand community priorities and inform the campaign. Contact information is used to provide requested campaign communications or respond to the person's message. Information is not publicly displayed or sold.

Storage and safeguards

Website submissions are stored in a private server folder outside the publicly accessible website. Access is limited to authorized campaign personnel. The campaign will retain personal information only as long as it is reasonably needed for campaign purposes and applicable obligations, after which it will be securely deleted.

Choices and contact

Providing contact information is optional. A person may unsubscribe from campaign updates at any time. Questions or requests concerning campaign information may be sent to finance_agent@jackmcclintock.ca.
